You can register with your Gmail address or log in with Discord. For email registration, enter your Gmail, choose a username and password, then verify your email via the link we send you. For Discord, click "Login with Discord" and authorize the application.

Use the sidebar to access different sections: Home for personalized recommendations, Movies/Series/Anime for browsing content, Requests for submitting media requests, and Profile for managing your account.

Go to the Requests page and click "New Request". Enter the title, select the type (movie/series/anime), and optionally add notes. Our team reviews and fulfills requests based on availability and demand.

Before making a request, check xrel.to to see if a release exists. Search for the movie or series title there — if no release is listed, it may not be available yet and your request might take longer to fulfill.

Request fulfillment time varies based on content availability and demand. Premium users get priority processing. You'll receive a notification when your request is fulfilled.

Free users have a limited number of requests per month. Premium users enjoy unlimited requests with priority processing. Check your Profile to see your current limits.

Yes, you can cancel pending requests from the Requests page. Click on your request and select "Cancel". Fulfilled or processing requests cannot be cancelled.

Requests may be denied if the content doesn't exist, is not available in acceptable quality, violates our content policy, or is already in our library. You'll receive a reason with the denial.

Premium members enjoy unlimited requests, priority request processing, access to 4K content, premium support, and exclusive features. Upgrade through the Store page.

User roles include: Free (basic access), Premium (full access + priority), Uploader (content upload permissions), and Admin (platform management). Each role has specific permissions and limits.

Uploader status is granted by admins to trusted community members who wish to contribute content. Contact an admin on Discord if you're interested in becoming an uploader.
